Shipping Fees

Arrival date of your order and the delivery price will differ depending on the shipping method you choose. Please see the details below.

Shipping & Processing Timeframes

Whether you choose a standard size or give us your personal measurements, all of our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. So please pay attention to our shipping time. The Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

Shipping Times:

Wedding Dresses

It will take 10-25 working days for a professional dressmaker to tailor your dress. Also it will take about 3-8 working days for the package to be delivered to your destination. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company’s (EMS, DHL, etc.) standard.

After your wedding dress order has been confirmed, you will receive your parcel in 13-33 working days.

Bridal Party & Special Occasion Dresses

It will take 5-15 working days for our professional dressmakers to tailor your dresses. It will then take about 3-8 working days for the package to be delivered to your destination. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company’s (EMS, DHL, etc.) standard.

After your order of Bridal Party & Special Occasion Dresses has been confirmed, you will receive your parcel in 8-23 working days.

Wedding Accessories

For veils, gloves, wraps and belts:

It will take 3-8 working days for our professional craftsmen to make your accessories. It will then take about 3-8 working days for the package to be delivered to your destination. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company’s (EMS, DHL, etc.) standard.

After your order of veils, gloves, wraps, and belts has been confirmed, you will receive your parcel in 6-16 working days.

For headpieces and jewelry:

These items are in-stock products; we will dispatch your order in 3 working days after your order is confirmed.

Clearance Dresses

After your payment for your clearance dresses has been confirmed, if you don't need any additional alternation, we will dispatch your order in 3 working days. If you need alternation, usually it takes additional 5-7 working days.

Rush Orders

If you are in a hurry for your order we are happy to help! We can work overtime to tailor the dress for you. The basic rush order fee is equal to the order price plus 15%. The Rush Fee is to expedite the tailoring of your order; it will not affect shipping time. If you want your order to ship faster, you can choose expedited shipping. Notice:

1. Please note that the dates quoted represent an estimated range that may vary based on several factors, including additional time for personalized items, bad weather, busy holiday seasons, or longer customs clearance times. However, Boncy Boutique will estimate the time your order will be available to ship from our facilities as accurately as possible.

2. Shipping and Acceptance of Package

After you have placed an order, if you want to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. The address can only be changed before the order has been shipped out. You are required to provide us with the accurate and detailed shipping address. A signature is also required from the recipient upon the item's arrival, to guarantee that your item will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. If the item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to examine the item prior to signing for acceptance. BoncyBoutique.com will not be held responsible for damage or loss that may occur during shipping.

3. Tracking

After your item has shipped out, an email entitled "Your BoncyBoutique.com Order Has Been Shipped!” will be sent to your email with the tracking number and the tracking link. If you do not receive this email from BoncyBoutique within 35 days from the day you place the order, or if you get the tracking number but it does not work within 2 days’ time, please contact us.

4. Custom Duties

Although we will do our best to help you avoid custom fees, if custom duties are incurred, you will be responsible for all customs charges. How the import duty will be charged depends on each country's custom policies.
