At BoncyBoutique.com, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Should you need to return an item, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special conditions apply.

Returned merchandise must be in new condition. If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described.

1. Dresses and Accessories: Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the tags intact and attached.

2. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation in the return package.

Items that cannot be returned:

1. Personalized items are final sale - no returns, no exchanges.

2. Clearance items are final sale - no returns, no exchanges.

Return Process

Step 1: Send a return request email to service@boncyboutique.com within 30 days of your order’s shipment*. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

Note*: When you receive an email from BoncyBoutique.com entitled "Your BoncyBoutique.com Order Has Been Shipped!” this means that your order has been shipped.

Step 2: Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible.

Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with the item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method.

Step 3: Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded and can be shipped back to you.

Please note: credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items

For defective, damaged, or wrong items (the item shipped was not the item ordered), the issue must be reported within 30 days of receiving shipment. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

To report such items, contact our customer service team immediately at service@boncyboutique.com . Please attach photos or other proof that clearly show the problem with the item received.

Boncy Boutique will attempt to replace defective, damaged, or wrong items. If a replacement cannot be issued, you will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees for the item(s). For all other items, shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Online Changes & Cancellations

- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

- Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

* When you receive an email from BoncyBoutique.com entitled “Your www.boncyboutique.com Order Has Been Successfully Placed!” this means that your payment has been confirmed.
