Understanding that returns are appropriate for certain issues, we have set up a few guidelines to ensure that returns are handled properly and fairly. Keep in mind that you should contact us within 7 days after you have signed for your parcel. Please contact us by email before returning or exchanging any items. We’ll confirm and send you a mailing address before you send anything back. We will also issue you with a return number. This will enable us to deal with your return efficiently. You should fill an application form and we’ll take care of it within 24 hours. You’re expected to write down your names, email address, telephone, time of order and receipt, reasons for return and the pictures attached. Returns may be considered under the following conditions only: wrong size, color, style or quality defect (You’re supposed to attach a picture of the faulty part). Items must be unused and undamaged, and the original packaging must be returned together with the products. Otherwise the return will NOT be accepted. Upon safe receipt of the returned item we will either issue you with a refund or send out an alternative item, depending on your requirements. If the item was ON SALE when you purchased it and it returned to the original price then, the refund you can get should be equal to the sale price you paid for. The cost of returning the dress to us shall be borne by you, and we will refund your account excluding the original shipping fee. Where an item is sold with shipping fee included in the price, we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund. And please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reach your account. Please return any items via an insured and traceable service as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in the postal/courier system. Please also ensure that the value of the goods is covered by the service used. If the dress is OK and you still want to return it without any reason, we’d also like to do it. However, we’ll charge you 50% of your payment as restocking and service fee. If you want to cancel your order, make sure to do it within 24 hours. We’ll charge you another 50% of your payment if you do it over 1 day since the dress is already in process. |
