How to Use Points
Points Program FAQ
How does the Program work?
We will calculate the amount of Points according to the total amount of your order. These Points are added to your Rewards Points account as pending Points. All pending Points are listed in your Rewards Points account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by Boncy Boutique. The pending period will last for about 75 days, in case of refund. Once any pending Points have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those Points ready for you to spend on BoncyBoutique.com. Reward Points do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your Points. During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your Points balance.
What is the value of a Point?
Currently, for every $1.00 spent at Boncy Boutique you'll earn 1 Point. Each Point is worth $0.05 off a future purchase.

How do I redeem my Rewards Points?
If you have a balance in your Points account, you can use those Points to pay for purchases made at BoncyBoutique.com. Just place your order and before making payment, locate the box under “order details” to enter the number of Points you wish to redeem (10 points = $0.5) and press the “redeem” button. You'll notice that the value of the Points you have redeemed has been credited towards your order. Please note, you must still select another payment method if there is not enough credit in your Points account to cover the cost of your purchase. Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll see clearly the Points used deducted from your balance in your order details. Note that on any purchase made by redeeming Points, you will only be rewarded with additional Points for the actual out-of-pocket amount spent (other than Points credits).
Is there a minimum requirement to use my Points?
Currently, no minimum balance is required to redeem your Points so you can use them at any time. Please note that you will still have to select another payment method if there isn't enough in your Rewards Points account to cover the cost of your purchase.

What are the terms and conditions regarding Rewards Points?
Rewards Points are only available to registered Boncy Boutique members. Rewards Points can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only valid at BoncyBoutique.com. Points are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between members. Rewards Points are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. Rewards Points will be refunded if the order is cancelled or returned. However, if the cancellation and return are not our responsibility, the Points will not be returned. When buying with Points, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your Rewards Points account to cover the cost of your purchase. When calculating the amount of Points earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded. Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time without prior notice or liability.
