A lot of people take boundaries as the enemy of the happy marriage. Nevertheless, appropriate boundaries make your marriage closer. Respect is the NO.1 in a happy and healthy marriage. People want respect and people deserve respect. It can be a kind of knowledge. Today we would like show you some ways to respect your spouse. They would be helpful in your wonderful marriage.
* Secrets are only available in birthday and anniversaries plans. Or secrets are the enemy of a marriage. Secrets always come together with lies. They are forbidden in a good relationship. Money and relationship are usually the cause of secrets. We can keep our past, but we cannot remain secrets that would damage your marriage today.
* Do not share your spouse’s flaws with your family or friends. Otherwise you will hurt your spouse. The first people you should share with is your spouse. You can sit together and have an honest talk about your worries and problems between you. If the flaws of your spouse cause damage between you, you should seek help from the Pastor or a Counselor.
* Apart from seeking help from your Pastor or marriage counseling, you can read books related to the subject. Especially you can read together. Share the problems with your friend and families may polarize the situation. Friends and families always want to protect us and they cannot be objective in the situation. If you really wanted to talk to someone, you should find someone objective.
* Household chores and parenting issues should be divided appropriately. Nowadays couples all work for the family. You should create suitable division between you. One must be exhausted.
* In a good marriage, neither of couple has close personal friends of the opposite sex. Personal friends of the opposite sex would create many problems between you. One would find his/her friends because they don’t get understood at home. Once the friend do something hurt the relationship, you may hurt the marriage. Lots of people say that they would never do something like that. However, there are a large number of cases.
