Every bride wants to look perfect at their big day. It’s an essential step to make a smart selection on your wedding dress in order to flatter your figure. But what happens when you look in the mirror and notice saggy arms or unsightly folds on your back? There’s no gimmick to these weight loss tricks, it’s not easy to try quick-fix diets and get in shape in a short time. Best of all, bride need to plan on setting your patterns for your healthy eating and getting the hang of your workout.
1.Drink Water
Divide your weight in half and the result number is the ounces of water you should be drinking everyday. Drinking water instead of diet soda will help you get rid of toxins and keep your metabolism efficient. If you want to keep the water with some flavor, adding a few lemons to your bottle would be a good idea.

2. Change Diet Habit
Refuse to huge servings and divide the meal into small portions. You’d better control the frequency between 4 and 6. In a word, just remember small meal with moderate portions. Besides, instead of grabbing a bag of fatty chips, eat a handful of almonds or low-salt nuts (keep them in your desk drawer or glove compartment); the protein will fill you up.

3.Exercise
There are some must-follow guidelines when getting in shape.20 minutes of exercise is the basic level to kick-start the calorie burning process. If you take it seriously to lose some inches and shed some pounds, walking to the shop mall or doing some office athletics is not enough, you need to get a workout regimen and apply it.
In fact, it is not a plan just aiming to fit your wedding dress before your big day, you should keep it in mind and will find out that a lifetime of memories and good health will be among them.
